December Shipping Policy

Due to the surge in logistics demands during the Black Friday and Christmas rush, our logistics partners are facing widespread cargo backlogs and delays in updating tracking information. We anticipate that your shipments will be delivered within 3-12 business days. Please be aware of the following situations:

Common Issues

If your order hasn't been assigned a tracking number more than 4 days after it was placed, this could be a sign of a delay. Please reach out to us, and we'll check the status of your shipment for you.

If your tracking number has been issued but there are no updates for more than 7 days, this is considered unusual. Contact us, and we'll push the carrier for an update. If after 11 days there's still no update, we'll suspect the package might be lost and will file a claim with the carrier, as well as arrange for a reshipment. (This is more common with USPS and UPS.)

If your package says "In Transit" but there's no new info for over 11 days, that's a red flag. Contact us, and we'll look into it. If there's no update within 11 days, it's probably just a busy system at the carrier, and your package is still rolling along.

Due to the strike at Canada Post, some remote areas might be temporarily out of shipping range. We're keeping a close eye on the situation, and as soon as it's possible to ship, we'll get your order on its way.

US Shipping Details

FMS ships all products to the Contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

• Free Shipping on orders over $99
• $15 Shipping Fee on orders under $99

Shipping Time:
• RC Airplanes: 3-12 working days from US warehouse
• RC Cars: 3-12 working days from US warehouse; 10-15 working days from Chinese warehouse
(If the product is not available in the US warehouse, it will be shipped from the China warehouse.)
• Accessories are mainly shipped from Chinese warehouse (10-15 days), and some accessories will be shipped from US warehouse (3-7 working days).

Canada Shipping Details

Please purchase RC Airplanes and Cars on the Canada Sale Page.
RC Airplanes are not available for shipping to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon and Prince Edward Island.
RC Cars are available for nationwide shipping in Canada.

• $14.99 USD Shipping Fee on all airplane orders (Due to local policy and higher shipping fees in Canada, airplane orders need to pay a $14.99 shipping fee.)
• $15 USD Shipping Fee on car & accessories orders under $99 USD

Announcement of Taxes

• United States - No additional taxes or duties in normal circumstances.

• International Regions - International shipments are subject to local taxes, VAT, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• FMS does not collect sales tax, VAT, or duties on international orders during the checkout process. Please follow your local regulations and pay any taxes and duties.

Action Required for Abnormal Shipments: For orders that encounter abnormal shipment situations, we kindly request your attention and collaboration. If you receive an email notification from us regarding such a situation, please ensure to promptly reply to the email. By doing so, you will help us to resolve any issues efficiently and ensure a successful delivery.

Please note that if we do not receive your email response for abnormally shipped orders, we will retain your order for a period of up to 30 days. We highly recommend actively monitoring your email inbox to avoid any inconvenience and ensure a seamless delivery process.

• RC Airplanes, Cars and Accessories in the US warehouse can be shipped to the Contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Shipping fee will be added at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

RC Cars and planes will be shipped within one working day after ordering, while parts and accessories will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the shipping information is uploaded.

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

China Delivery: 10-15 days (remote areas may take longer)

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

FMS partners with FedEx, USPS and 4PX to provide the most economical and reliable shipping option for the weight and destination of the shipment.

What is the status of my order? / How do I track my package? / What is my tracking number?

You can access the order status page by using the link in your shipping confirmation email or from your My Account page.

• My Account Page - To access your account, click on the "My Account" button (or the account icon if on a mobile device) at the top of the FMS website. Once you are on your My Account page you will see the complete order history. You can view the order status by clicking on any of the order numbers shown in the order history.

• Shipping Confirmation Email - After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click on your tracking number and you will be redirected to an order status page.

NOTE: If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email from FMS, the emails are most likely in your spam or junk mail folder. If you are using Gmail, the email may be in your Promotions Folder. If our email was in your spam/junk mail folder, please add productsupport@fmsmodel.com and support@fmsmodel.com to your email address book or mark our email as "not junk" or "not spam", and all future emails should arrive directly in your inbox.

Your items may ship from a different warehouse, so they may arrive separately. If your items arrive separately because they ship from a different warehouse or they are on backorder, we do not charge you extra shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or credit the shipping cost if you decide to place a second order. Our high-speed fulfillment system does not combine multiple orders into a single shipment, therefore, we are paying the full postage cost for every individual order that we ship.
