5. Why are my QuestPoints pending?

Pending QuestPoints: Once an order is placed, your QuestPoints will be pending till your order is complete fulfill. If you cancel your order during this period, the QuestPoints will also be cancelled.

-Points will expire one year from the day they were earned, meaning your points might expire on different days.

11. Will my points and membership level expire at the same time?

No, points and membership levels have separate expiration policies.
-Points Expiration: Points will expire after one year from the date they were earned. Make sure to redeem your points within this timeframe to enjoy the benefits.
-VIP Tier: Our VIP tier depends on your annual spending. If your spending does not meet the required amount for your current level by the same date next year as when you achieved your tier this year, your tier may be adjusted to the corresponding level based on your total spending.
