World champion pilot Daniel Aeberli joins model aircraft manufacturer FMS in creating the world's first scale performance foam glider- the ASW-17. True to the FMS spirit, no detail was overlooked in the design of the ASW-17. The FMS engineers made 4 expensive tooling adjustments just to micro-adjust the airfoil for perfect efficiency. 

The wing, vertical and horizontal stabilizers are designed with a snap-together structure. With a simple snap, the surfaces attach to the fuselage with pinpoint precision- no screws or glue necessary! Build the aircraft in as little as 3 minutes!

Like the 3000mm Fox, the ASW-17 has a pre-installed carbon fiber spar that ensures wing rigidity in high-G maneuvers. 

To achieve the same dihedral as the real aircraft, the ASW-17 was designed with a specialized CNC aluminum spar joiner- allowing the aircraft to maintain its wing geometry during demanding flight routines.

Performance-wise, a high-quality Hobbywing 40A ESC paired with a Predator 3541-750KV motor provides ample power with a 4S pack to perform most aerobatic maneuvers.

Overview

The MDM 1 Fox is a composite unlimited aerobatic glider. At its first public unveiling it managed to place first in non other than the World Championships! Since then it has become a regular aircraft on podiums throughout the world.

Seating two in relative comfort it also performs very well in cross-country even though it only has a glide ratio of 28:1. Sleek and efficient with fantastic unlimited aerobatic flight envelope are attributes that set this glider apart and make it an excellent model for Famous to replicate.

FMS has created this wonderfully exciting aerobatic glider in impact absorbing and resilient EPO foam. The mold quality is sublime adding to the efficiency and great looks. Combined with a high powered brushless motor and LiPo battery, gives the budding modeler a new level of high performance excitement.

This glider features glass/carbon composite and aluminum tube strengthened wings that are easily removable for transport and a very compact fuselage adding further to the enjoyment of this model.

Positive and negative loops, stall turns, point rolls and inverted flight are all easily performed with this model and it will also perform excellently simply hunting for thermals or slope flying, making it suitable for a wide range of pilots.

After two-years of numerous flying tests and continuous improvements, the eagerly anticipated 1500mm P-47, is coming! The 1500mm P-47 features many new and innovative features over the original 1400mm P-47.

The new P-47 shows great detail by including 99% scaled control surface, landing gear cover, cockpit interiors, plastic cowling, gun turrets, retracted landing gear, and panel lines.

The original oil paint has been replaced by the latest environmental water-based paint. The water-based paint is environmental-friendly, and is designed to protect the foam parts under any condition. Additional structural changes include the lighter and larger EPO 52 foam, this change alleviates the airplane weight for an impressive flight performance, without weakening the airplane strength. The new CNC processed shock-absorbed front landing gear effectively helps to withstand those less than perfect landings. The control horn now adopts the new ball link design which helps provide a more accurate flight. Furthermore, this 1500mm P-47 adopts the latest 2016 FMS electric retract. The 2016 FMS electric retract gets a commendable upgrade on both appearance and performance.

The P-47 has a lot of new customer-friendly features based on easy of assembly and transportation by eliminating the wiring problems. All channels on each wing are brought together in a fuselage to wing port. To complete installing the main wing set simply inserting the wing port into the fuselage half, then fixing the wing with four screws.
